Introduction
Fact: Bullet for my valentine scream aim fire rar. We often take the basic things for granted as we go through with our everyday lives.
Proof: I was happily using a Logitech m185 wireless mouse that I bought about 2 years ago. The mouse survived through two laptops and several non-fatal drops at my table. It wasn’t even a surprise that it started spluttering lately; the clicks became inconsistent, the middle mouse downright went comatose, the battery door just started disengaging, and the battery terminals started getting loose.
Alas, I convinced myself to start looking for a replacement. Now, whenever I start to consider buying something, I make up a list of the things I want from the next item, in relation to the gripes that I’ve had with the previous one.
Not that I’ve had a lot of gripes with the m185 – the mouse is a relatively solid offering from a known brand that is very comfortable to use, compact, sets-up seamlessly, and only requires a single AA battery to operate.
How to install dmg file on iphone. The last point is my main concern movig forward. I have purchased the m185 for a measley 700 pesos (around $17). While it did come bundled with a GP AA battery that was advertised to last 12 months, I burned through the initial cell in about 5 months. Not wanting the inconvenience of buying batteries every month, I settled for cells that retail for around 100 pesos a pair. These lasted me 7 months each.

Looking back at it now, the cost of buying batteries to operate the mouse has possibly doubled the cost!
The reason I stated this is I considered getting another m185 as a replacement.
Alas, I stumbled upon the PowerLogic Air Shark on an online store for roughly the same price of the m185. While not a known brand, the spec sheet and aesthetics were really interesting.
That last feature definitely caught my eye. For obvious teasons, so I went ahead and placed the order, hoping the replacement gets here before good ole workhorse dies of old age.
Package Has Arrived I got the package a good 5 days later and immediately dug in. While no one gives out points to the actual packaging, I feel that the box is really nice and does not look cheap. After taking out the contents of the box, the USB receiver immediately jumped out. The receiver looks fine, but I can’t say the it does not look cheap either. It is a wee bit larger than the m185’s receiver due to the angled corners as opposed to logitech’s bit rounder approach. Moving on to the star of the show: the (as PowerLogic puts it) Shark. Disappointment time: the overly shiny top is a fingerprint and smudge magnet. Now that’s been stated, I do feel that it looks cheap. Not CDR-King cheap though. Now I’m beginning to wish I ordered the white one. At the bottom of the mouse, we have the necessary switch, optics, receiver slot, and Teflon feet. Now, this being a rechargeable mouse, we also have the mandatory USB cable, which thankfully, is a MicroUSB one. The cable is long enough for regular set-ups but might not work if you have your desktop unit under or above the table. Interestingly enough, the cable looks good and sturdy.
Usage Aesthetics aside, we now have the most important thing – how it performs. The moment I placed my hand on the mouse, I immediately noticed something… My thumbs fall naturally into the edges of the top part (read: sharp edges), which feels weird coming from the comfortable contours of my previous Logitech. The mouse also feels too low for my big hands. Given, it requires a bit more travel for my fingers to get the click down. Nothing major.
Australian standard as2870 pdf reader. Now as with any rechargeable stuff that I get, I immediately proceed to give the mouse a full charge. Knowing play and charge technologies such as the one in Xbox controllers, I tool put the receiver and plugged-in the mouse with the supplied USB cable.
While the product page states this, I have found an unfortunate fact about the plug and charge feature: it still runs off of the receiver and does not work with the cable alone. This might not be an issue with desktop users, but if you have a laptop and have several devices vying for a spot in your USB ports, you will have to sacrifice two ports for this mouse while charging. And yes, if you lose the receiver, you’re screwed. The MicroUSB boot at the mouse end also looks out of place. So far, this is the worst drawback of this mouse. Note that you can charge the mouse to a wall outlet too, if you want to push the weirdness further. Performance The mouse boasts 1600 CPI/DPI, which means that it requires less effort to get the cursor across the screen. While it would be hard to demonstrate that in print, I feel that the m185 is a bit better in this area. Conclusion The AirShark has its caveats, yes, but this is a solid buy for 700 pesos when you consider the rechargeable battery and okay performance. The charge and play mechanism definitely hurts it though – even more so once the battery deteriorates and stops holding a charge.
